"This is an excellent location. Rooms are small and a bit dated but we had a great experience there. The free parking is a real bonus. The Marriott across the street charges a fair bit to park. Everything is in easy walking distance. "

"Do not stay at this hotel We reported what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom of our room, which is a significant health concern, especially for a pregnant asthmatic. The only action taken by the staff was to have housekeeping wipe the area, which did not address the underlying issue or provide any reassurance of safety. The only other option offered was to switch rooms after 4pm the night before our check-out which is unacceptable, inconvenient and would not resolve the disruption to...

"The hotel was good and very clean. The manager made an effort to give us the best room possible—one that was less noisy due to the nightclubs downstairs—and overall, our stay was pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom needed some maintenance, as the floor would get quite flooded. However, that was minor compared to everything else, which was very good."

My major complaints with this place that you don’t have one point of contact for anything so it’s a bit frustrating that you have to call several different numbers for items you want/need. Also the ice situation was annoying too. They don’t have a traditional ice machine, but just a freezer on each floor where you can go out and get little bags of ice which was fine, but...

"Pros: Good location, close to Starbucks and highway. Good price, plenty of parking and no bed bugs. Cons: Stinky room, minimal hot water pressure"

"The hot tub was broken. We had to pay for parking. No free coffee. No free breakfast. Our room looked to the roof. The bunkbed was wobble. Top that off with a $45 resort fee. We could have have stayed at Disney and been better taken care of. We will never stay here again. "
