"Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. "Most beautiful and relaxing B&B. The owners are so lovely and go above and beyond. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Linens and decor very classy. Lots of space to enjoy and unwind after a long day. The bedroom with your own private hot tub in an enclosed glass room was a special treat. Breakfast was amazing and the view is spectacular! "

"The tv in our room, 261, was situated in a very uncomfortable angle to watch. It should be attached to the wall. Secondly, the service provided for breakfast was well below acceptable. The server, older with a eruopean accent, did not return to do a quality check on our meals, and only offered a refill on our coffee after we asked for the bill. I was in the hotel/restaurant business for over 30 years. I know what management requires from their staff to be successful. "
