"The staff was very friendly and accomidating, the hotel was nice even though they were remodeling. I wish the hot tub was working so i could relax after driving six hours to get there and the mattress in iur room could have been softer so i wouldnt wake up each morning with a sore back. There was a few other hicupps we encountered but as always iur stay was great and we diffinitely will stay there again in the future."

He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks.
