"A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided.
The bed was lovely and comfortable.
People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem.
If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. "

It is quite near to the Bowness pier and the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are spread across cottages and rooms in the main building with reception and restaurant/bar in a separate building. Even though near the centre it is quiet.
Staff is great and welcoming!
Good breakfast options.
The hot breakfast is cooked on order and rest is in a buffet.
All in all very comfortable stay and location can serve as a base for exploring other parts of Lake District. "
