"We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant tasting. The staff were really friendly especially when we checked in. Location was amazing we had a show at SJ improv and holo holo. Both were very short walks. We would stay here again for sure. "

"The hotel room is super clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is very convenient; near San Jose Airport. It provides free bus shuttle, great driver. I will book the same hotel if I need to travel to San Jose. Thank you."

"The room smelled musty and didn't feel clean at all. I expected better the pictures on Expedia are way different then when you enter the room. "

"There was a nice blonde lady who was great. Helped me out and made me feel welcome. Then there was a Hispanic gentleman who was not a gentleman at all. I been there two times and both times he was the same. He is the reason I will not go back there."

"The common area floors were a mess, stained thru out the hallway. The carpet in out room was 2 foot squares of utility carpet arranged on a jigsaw, and stained like the rest of the carpet. The nightstands in the bedroom were held together with duct tape and barely standing. There was no microwave in the room until we requested it, and we had to ask for toilet paper as well. I won't be staying at this facility again. It was a mess"
