"Room was decent not what I expected for the price that I paid, parking was amazing, air conditioning work great, the virtual agent was kind of complicated. Check in was a hassle. The lobby area is well maintained. It very noisy."

"Super clean room, bed was super comfy no funky smell, room very spacious, plenty of bath towels, toiletries were a plus, parking is very easy right infront of check in office, fast and easy check in process, breakfast was the best Ive had in a hotel. many options for breakfast. will definetely stay here again when in San Jose."

"Amazing place to stay. Very Clean room, walking distance to some eateries and Safeway supermarket. Ample parking. Staff is responsive and I can get them anytime of the working day as they are very responsible. This gem is worth staying at."

"Clean room but rooms are small. Pool area is too small. Asked for an upgraded room but got an end of the hall with King bed and sofa bed. Some rooms have showers only and some have combo bath shower. Elevators are super slow. On a good note- its close to restaurants and shopping. Other than that, would probably never stay there again"

People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"For the price the rooms were clean and adequate. I appreciated that they let us check in an hour early with no extra charge. That meant that my room hadn’t been cleaned yet but they took care of it immediately."
