"The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room."

"Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website. "The room was very clean and the breakfast was great."

"I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper."

"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...

"I should have checked also but there is a fee for parking. My bad but other things, there is a fee to use wi fi. There are no special security features for using elevator or stairs I.e anybody could go into your floor. I woke up to use the restroom , it was Around 3am and there is a sensor bright light that goes on in restroom, it was so bright like a spot light, they need to have dim lights. I would not go back."

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower...

"It was great! Clean rooms. The only down side was the parking spaces were so small. They will ask for $200 deposit. And very pleased that the money was sent back right after we checked out. "

"I like the property feels a bit secluded despite it being on a main road. Staff is helpful and efficient. With construction the parking can feel a bit limited but there is plenty of parking nearby."
