"Older building that could use a refresh. Carpet in hallways and room was disgusting and loose. Major trip hazard. “Upgraded” to a jr suite and it was a waste of money. Saggy pull out couch and a few extra square feet weren’t worth the $100+ a night. Bathroom was tiny, water pressure was minimal. WiFi was slow, hard to work. Huge TV, but half the stations wouldn’t stay tuned in. Had to go to bar to watch games."

"The fridge in my room froze my yogurt and water. I have tried to change the settings but it didn't help. Also the fridge initially stood on a metal rack, which vibrated so loudly, I had to put it on the floor"

"Arrived at 11pm and the staff was super helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was clean with lots of options and very good. Plenty of parking. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

"If you want to pay an extra 125 dollars on top of a 400 dollar room for parking and breakfast stay here. Also the clipper fires up at 8 am so no sleeping theough that!!!!"

"Overall it’s a great property. Location within safe walking distance of PNC parking available with overnight cost $25. Nicely appointed. We missed the complimentary breakfast (in ended at 9:30am). The room appeared clean, but little details that I noticed were dust/dirt accumulation in the corners and ledges, rust on the shower door frame. Mop debris/strings left behind in the shower. Because of the location on very busy city street and near a highway overpass the traffic noise was significant. So take the good with the not so good. I would still stay there again despite the not so good because of the location, pleasant service and appearance. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant and informative. The breakfast staff was especially energetic and efficient. Great location. I guess $ 27 for parking is the new norm. The only issue is the condition of the bathroom. The tub and shower fixtures are visibly and functionally worn out. After we took our shower the fixture dropped all night. The breakfast was fresh and what you would expect."

"Love Pittsburgh, super busy weekend with graduation and the marathon. Walked everywhere, weather was cool but mostly dry. Peddle pusher was a blast! Highly recommend!"

"Everything was good except that you don’t have parking. Had to pay $50 in an unsecured parking lot. Staff was great and room was very clean. I would stay again. "
