"Had a power outage for six hours at night so room got cold. Staff offered no compensation at all, not even a complimentary snack or discounted food or anything. Also had to evacuate because of a fire alarm the next day. Staff when we checked out were very dismissive when we brought to their attention when they asked how our stay was. Room and facilities were okay, they just can’t handle out of the ordinary things very well."

"Not to go for family, not to go for anybody, I would not recommend. It was a total waste of money. I checked in, the hotel was in such a shape that I just put my bags and left the place until next day just to pick my bag and checkout. I couldn't stay there for a minute as well."

"Breakfast was cold - had to microwave it and hot water and coffee was cold / even out of Kleenex and low on toilet paper and even found hair in the tub and ask for help and no one got back to me / the poor service these days and their attitude is what sucks with traveling "

"Check in took way longer than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The breakfast area sat 12 people. The breakfast choices were extremely limited. As a fire safety inspector I can say this place is in no way up to code. 2.5 days worth of trash bags were sitting in the stairwell by the end of our stay. "This was a terrible experience. The property was in a very scary part of Pittsburgh if you are not from the area. There were air purifiers that had vents through the widows. You were unable to lock the widows. The mattress was basically a a board. The pics are very deceiving. Try to contact the property owners and nobody responded. Terrible experience. "
