"Pool closed by health department & being used as storage for room renovations Fitness center closed for renovation Breakfast barely present - instead of the full breakfast pictured, there were some sketchy scrambled eggs, a few slices of bread to toast, a couple small prepackaged muffins, a single prepackaged portion of juice, a few apples, a couple kinds of cereal, and a coffee carafe Room was badly overdue for remodeling - bathtub had a chip missing near the drain, jacuzzi tub had a hole near the faucet, jacuzzi jet adjustments didn’t work, light over jacuzzi tub burned out, bed frame missing parts, carpet old and scuzzy, fridge missing a leveling leg, wall art over jacuzzi tub had mold growing behind the frame glass, room phone broken and couldn’t call the front desk One tiny trash can for the whole room including the bathroom Only one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth) for a king-bed room, extras had to be got from the front desk No bath mat No housekeeping service at all during a 4-night stay, and no signs saying it would be on request only LOTS of signs all over the property that owners don’t trust their guests - “no guests allowed”, “only use front door” with other doors locked (not even key-card access!), list of charges posted at the front desk for stolen room items (for example, “alarm clock $25”, “sheet $25”, etc) Hot water REALLLLLY hot, enough to cause burns On the plus side, fridge and jacuzzi tub both worked and bed was comfortable"

"Staff was nice and room was clean. Gap between door frame to hallway made for loud noises and sleep disruptions. Nothing done about loud volleyball team staying next door until midnight. "

"Did not need air conditioning as weather was cool. Parking was good. However a man sat in his car as if waiting for someone or something. Occausionally he would get out and walk around for a few minutes. He was there at least from 7 pm ( when we checked end) to after 10pm, at which time we went bed so we don’t know when he left."

"Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks."

"Bathroom floors could have used a sweeping and carpet a vacuum. But, room was large enough and comfortable. The beds a little firm for my liking. Great pillows though!"

"Property is really nice but a little dated decor wise. But the big rooms are a great thing with so many chains downsizing these days. "
