"nice facility with two exceptions. lighting in the room was inadequate, very low lighting. bathroom lighting was around the mirror so could not see in the mirror. more importantly, the bathtub is very slippery and poorly designed. why have a tub anyway? A few changes would greatly enhance this facility I booked this through Expedia where I have always had good results. Not this time. I booked two rooms and Expedia booked only one. Fortunately they had another room and we were able to stay."

"The hotel and hotel staff were fantastic. Our room was clean and modern, the furnishings comfortable. The traffic noise however was so bad that we spent a large portion of the night lying awake, listening to the constant roar of engines and people's sound systems as they drove by."

"Very clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms are very lacking though. There were no dressers to put away clothes. With a family of four, having bags spread out everywhere takes up a lot of the small space. There was also only one chair which at times was annoying. Great shower, the amount of water and pressure was perfect, but there is no vent fan so after four showers, everything is damp. "This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at !! They are filthy !! Front desk people are very rude and did not help me with anything!! When I asked for the cleaning service to come they wouldn’t even clean it and said it was scheduled to be cleaned the day I left. I’m paying for a service that isn’t being offered at the property. Also earn out of tissue and the bed was never cleaned off we asked for more toilet paper and the bedding to be changed because it smelled like they just sprayed...

"If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a very late check in, about midnight. We were met with a kiosk and a live person on the kiosk. Very minimal lobby with only Ramen and canned sodas for sale. Room was relatively clean but not maintained. The TV wouldn't work, the outlets on top of tje bedside table didn't work and we could charge or use my portable fan.
