"Amazing stay! Love staying at the Hilton Garden. Also enjoyed a wonderful meal and incredible singers for the evening! We had the pleasure of being served by a young waiter named Mitch who provided exceptional service. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable."

"I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me."

"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Had surgery in the morning and couldn’t deal with maintenance interruptions any longer. Needed some rest. Poor breakfast selection. Had stayed here previous...

"There was only one “issue”. They have not a really big parking lot in front of the entrance, so I had to park on a different parking lot down by the road. Generally, not a big problem, at least for me. Everything else was as described: clean and professional. Recommended!"

"We arrived late. Tried calling 4x before to let them know we would be late and never an answer. When we showed up, the buzzer for front desk was broken. When I knocked on the door, I woke the front desk clerk up. He would not help with snack purchase and was not very friendly"

"Not our best hotel stay, leaking ceiling in the restaurant, pictures do not reflect current state of the hotel at all. Peeling paint everywhere, small room, overpriced. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Expedia helpful with changes we needed to make."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."
