"Breakfast was really bad."

"Breakfast was so good. Loved the waffle machine. Pool was so big and heated. We wish the hot tub was still working but overall it was lovely. We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for a fifth night. Staff was very friendly. We found parking every night no problem. Our room was huge fit all three kids and ourselves very comfortably for the week. Not the greatest neighbourhood downtown is very run down and a bit scary. But we drove to our destinations anyhow. Overall we loved our experience at the Radisson!"

"Upon a late night arrival we were greeted by an impatient man to check us in. He huffed and puffed with any questions that we asked and seemed like we were inconveniencing him. He seemed to get better as we conversation went on but still wasn’t the best way to start a stay. Then as we get room key and room number and start heading to our room we hear yelling in the lobby to find two young drugged out individuals and the police also there. Through the night these two drugged out guests were allowed to stay and I could hear them talking loud through the halls all at night..by night it was midnight. Needless to say it didn’t feel as safe as I’d like and didn’t feel us staying there was even appreciated or cared about. Linens had some dirt in them also, we layed on our own bedding we brought. We got in so late from travel I didn’t have the time to go change hotels or even different room at that. "
