"This Inn is so lovely that it's hard to put into words. The town of Yountville is idyllic and this place fits right in. Our room was soooo nice! The spacious bathroom was very charming with its vintage tile. The room had plenty of space and the private outdoor area and fountain were the icing on the cake. "The hotel didn’t have the bottle of wine listed on my Expedia reservation, but once I showed them the booking, they honored it. The room was very nice—comfortable bed, Keurig coffee, a safe, and a mini‑fridge (though it was packed with items, leaving little space for our own). The bathroom is small, but housekeeping was excellent and kept the room looking and smelling great throughout our four‑night stay. The breakfast was great. "This place was perfect! I went on a solo trip to Napa and was pleasantly surprised to find a winery and restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing and the food at the Senza was excellent as well. I highly this hotel!"

"We wanted a night away, last second and found The Charles. We stayed in room 100,little private cottage and it was exactly what we wanted. Well decorated,clean,quiet, private,centrally located.....Breakfast was delicious and the host was wonderful! Only suggestion I have is get a maintenance guy in there to tighten the faucets. We would definitely come back next time we're in town."
