"This Inn is so lovely that it's hard to put into words. The town of Yountville is idyllic and this place fits right in. Our room was soooo nice! The spacious bathroom was very charming with its vintage tile. The room had plenty of space and the private outdoor area and fountain were the icing on the cake. "Nicely laid out condo on beautiful property. Can utilize some of the Silverado benefits, which is a wonderful resort/golf course. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, with few dishes, no baking sheets, and no extra garbage bags, paper towels or kleenex, which we had to purchase. Everything was very clean, with great views and both a front and back porch. Heat was confusing and we couldn't always get it to kick on, maybe some instructions around that would be helpful. "We wanted a night away, last second and found The Charles. We stayed in room 100,little private cottage and it was exactly what we wanted. Well decorated,clean,quiet, private,centrally located.....Breakfast was delicious and the host was wonderful! Only suggestion I have is get a maintenance guy in there to tighten the faucets. We would definitely come back next time we're in town."

"The staff all are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. (One thing to note: the windows have plantation shutters, which does let in a bit of light at night even when closed. We always travel with our own travel black out curtains in cases like this.) "
