"The owners of the apartment allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving at 9:00 and check in at 3:00. They showed us the apartment and how to use the special key. They were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We loved having the market and multiple places to eat right outside of our door. Italy was beautiful and the owners made it easy for us."

"This is an amazing boutique hotel. It's located not far from everything. The staff were professional and welcoming. My room wasn't a clean as I would've liked. The sofa bed is starting to wear down a bit. Housekeeping did come to replace what we needed, but didn't sweep, mop or clean. The breakfast options were great as well. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The only small downside was that we could hear some construction noise from above during the day, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience.
