The manager is excellent, as are the front desk staff. They make an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable and closeness to the mall is very convenient

Had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was super friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely come back!

This was a breathe of fresh air after staying at another local Residence Inn. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly. I only wish we could stay longer as we continue totransition from our old home into a new one.

Room cleanliness is way below average. And the staff especially ladies at the front desk they are very unfriendly. Unlike the other residence inn, residence inn natick charges high rates on daily parking. The only positive about this hotel is the location where you spend the whole day out. But I guess nearby hotels could options too for next visit.

Customer service was excellent, the staff were extremely pleasant, the only negative I’d say is that the ice machine didn’t work, which is such a nothing problem. Everything else was clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back!
