"The club room was great the staff where amazing. The property itself was nice and conveniently located. The restaurant and room service was excellent. Low rating was for the issues with my room. The coffee bar door swung shut when you opened it on its own i figured this out the hard way when it hit my elbow. My second night the air conditioning broke. It was not fixed until the next day which left me sleeping in 78F. Very poor nights sleep and when maintenance came in at 5am to look at it they dislodged a bunch of dust from the air vent that blew all over my bed. "

They went above and beyond to make sure I was recognized and congratulated as a runner and made sure that everything was taken cared of. The staff were super nice, the rooms were quiet and clean. Next time I'm in Boston I would definitely come and stay here again."
