"We just loved it here. It was a short distance from the main street which was perfect because it was quiet. It’s directly across the street from the beach. The weather was cold and rainy so we didn’t take advantage of it. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. And 2 chocolate and ice cream shops that are delicious. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Lisa was awesome. She recommended places to eat that were really good We will definitely be back"

"This is a great no frills spot which gives you what you need and doesn't charge for what you don't. Our room was clean, amazingly quiet ( we had 2nd flr rear) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was just coffee and pre- packaged pastry but we had breakfast both mornings at Thornton's, maybe 1 minute away. The Prudential T stop is maybe a 2 minute walk. Parking was super. Hotel is located across from the plaza of the Christian Science Mother church (the tour of which, together with the Mapparium was well worth the time even tho that's not why we're there) which is lovely. The desk staff seemed to be students and they were great as well. Thinking of reasons I need to go back. "

"Staff is always very friendly and kind always helpful when an extra hand is needed with luggage etc The grounds are beautiful so many places to take pictures The rooms are so clean and the views of the city are breathtaking. There's not a reason not to stay here"

"Room was not very clean. You could see visible debris on the carpet. The bathroom was dark and dingy. Felt like a hospital bathroom. Outdated, bleak, yellow/tan, with worn edges and worn decor. Definitely not worth $394 a night plus $69 for valet. Will not be staying there again, that's for sure!"
