"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

"We drove from Connecticut and arrived around 11:30AM At check-in, the front desk said no rollaway beds were available and our room was not ready. When my wife explained that she had just confirmed it that morning, the same employee said she must have spoken to housekeeping and that housekeeping did not have authority to reserve one. So the hotel can confirm something, put it on your reservation, then later say it does not exist?!? The rooftop pool was NOT family-friendly! It felt like a...

"Stay was lovely and the staff were welcoming, warm, and helpful. Great location and easy walking to lots of bars, restaurants, and downtown attractions. We had two dogs with us and the staff were very welcoming to them. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is a great size. I saw several negative reviews of this place but we had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again."
