"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone...

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. "Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them. Would definitely stay there again. "
