"AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. "Comfortable room. The design is more like a boutique hotel than a hotel. Room is comfy just the smoke detector will flash every other seconds at the top of the bed. I was so tired that I fall asleep very well.. usually I don't sleep with any lights on. Quite a small pool. Breakfast is good. There is a free gelato which is very delicious "

"My stay here is for meetings with customers. It is a good hotel to put up as it is convenient for customers to park right in front of the hotel. I am a World of Hyatt member, and it gives me a discount of 50% on meals when I am staying there. So, this is also cost saving for my company and the convenience."

"The rooms are big and clean. Staffs’ service is good. Location of hotel is good. Breakfast spread is decent but the taste of food is underwhelming. Meat was overcooked, kuih is very sweet, bread selection tasted like supermarket’s. The jams are still in the supermarket’s bottle. Given the price per room, kitchen should attempt to make their own bread, jam etc. Teh tarik was super sweet and the black coffee tasted very diluted, esp once milk was added in. "
