"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine. "In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed. I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request.
