Easy access to the beach
Situated off the main road so not easy to find but well located to walk to the beach in 1 minute. AC was noisy. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were large but a bit run down.

Inspect the room with staff during check in.
All was good except the check out.They blamed me for taking 2 beers and 1 water from the minibar. It was an argue about it in 20 minutes. I had taking 1 beer. It´s not big money so I get tierd after a while and payed for 2 beers.

I ended up paying additional 500Php/day for my GF, for the room that is intended for two.
The shower head in the toilet is broken, moreover, weird thing was that they do have a water heater attached to lavatory and not to actual shower.

Albergo un cantiere Non esisteva una sala per la colazione visto dal menu molto carente l ha portavano in camera se l ha volevi,che non c era neanche una sedia per sedersi ,forse dovevo farla sul pavimento, o sul letto,no grazie ho rinunciato,ma si prega di essere trasparenti a chi ha venduto il pacchetto,almeno ci si sa regolare,pulizia camere dopo 3 giorni, perché mi sono lamentato,diversamente credo che sarebbe passato ancora giorni prima della pulizia,dopo essermi.lamentato,giornalmente veniva fatta,sicuramente non mi fidero' dei del pacchetto proposto sono rimasto insoddisfatto unica menzione positiva il personale sorridente e gentile

It might be cheap, but it's not worth it!
It took them 15 mins to figure out how to open the door to my room. They had to run down to the reception about 5 times trying different keys
My first room was really old and moldy but the worst thing was the Aircon. It was so loud that I was not able to sleep the first night, even though I was using earplugs!
The next day I changed my room. I checked 2 normal rooms first but the Aircon was almost as loud in those rooms. I was then shown a "Deluxe" room (do not let the name fool you, there is nothing "deluxe" about it). The Aircon was better, but in return I had to share my room with 10.000 ants...
The duvets in the rooms have no covers...and I can't imagine this place wash the duvets after each customer. It was not a nice feeling.
The Wifi was awful, and you will be disconnected and have to login again every 10 minutes. And the 10 minutes it is working, it will be really slow.
The breakfast was horrible.
They demanded a 1500 peso deposit at arrival, but when telling them I did not have any cash on me, they were not persistent.
They claim to have safety deposit boxes in the rooms. They do not. And the doors are paper thin so don't leave anything in there. Several of the windows could not be locked either so it would be easy for someone to get into the room without it being noticed.
Why do they call this place a resort? I would call it a guest house. A lousy guest house...only as a last resort. Oh wait, now I get it!

Excellent Service
We stayed three nights in the triple room which was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable with clean linens. The wifi was Ok but a bit slow. We had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and only the hot water faucet in the sink worked. We didn't have hot water at all in the beginning but maintenance came promptly and fixed it, as well as the loose door knob on the bathroom door, even though we hadn't mentioned it. Shampoo, toothbrushes, soap and toilet paper were provided. If you want your room cleaned with fresh towels, you have to let them know. Two pairs of electric sockets are in the room but only good for 2 square prongs so you may need to bring an adapter plug. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a table on the terrace where we ate our breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated. Renovations were also being done on the 2nd floor but we couldn't hear it inside our room. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to D'Mall but we couldn't hear any noise coming from there. We used the hotel to arrange our Marine Walk Helmet Dive and Island Hopping because they gave us lower rates than the hawkers outside. Pancakes with fruit were on the menu but weren't available, only plain. You have to leave a deposit when you check in for possible damages incurred such as tatoo ink stains on the linens. They return it when you check out, though, if there are no damages.

창문이 화장실쪽에만 있어서, 아침이 밝아도 방이 어두워 조용하게 숙면취하기에 좋음.
레드코코넛에서도 숙박했는데 그곳은 시끄러워서 잠이 안옴.

Top Lage!
Die Lage des Hotels ist top! Nur etwa 1 Minute zum Strand und etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg zur D-Mall. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls zahlreich in der Umgebung am White Beach.
Leider ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut, wobei man sich daran schnell gewöhnt. Die WLAN-Verbindung fiel sehr oft aus, was sehr nervig war. Weniger gefallen hat mir auch das Frühstück, da man an eine feste Auswahl gebunden war und sich das Frühstück nicht selber zusammenstellen konnte wie bspw. bei einem Büffet. Wem Toast mit Rührei und Kaffee reicht, für die ist es jedoch völlig ausreichend.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben beim Buchen von Touren geholfen.
Auch war es trotz der Nähe zu den Bars am White Beach ruhig (wobei die Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich ohnehin jedes andere Geräusche übertönt hätte ;D).

The Resort is really good. This step was friendly. The room was clean, the hotel was very convenient to the 1-minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was also excellent. I go back to Boracay the next, we are going to stay here again.
