"The breakfast buffet was excellent, but unfortunately there are no dinner buffet options. We had to go to another Henann for that. The beach was nice and fairly well kept, but sometimes needed a bit of cleanup. The service for helping with activities was very helpful, and the airport shuttle was well implemented. Overall we enjoyed our stay and glad we chose Henann."

"We were assgned a room on the 2nd floor but we booked a sea room. Informed them and they moved us to 4th floor just like the one in their ad. Readily obliged and resolved. Staff are genuinely warm and friendly. The beach is right outside of property and clean. Sand is like stepping on memory foam, soft, firm and not grainy. An overall wonderful guest experience!"

"I like the hotel most coz it’s just in front of the beach. Room is good, quiet, bed is comfy and clean. Well, it’s Boracay so it’s already expected that everywhere you go in that area is crowded even though it’s low season."
