Could do with updating
Friendly staff, located in D mall. But rooms very overpriced for what you get. Aircon far too loud, my view was next doors tin shack roof. Very overpriced by international standards for what I got. Could do with a major renovation.

Great for the budget conscious
A good and simple place for the budget conscious. Great location, right at the heart of things. A little tough to find though. It's right behind the Budget mart. Friendly staff and clean room.

clean and near from main mall
this hotel is located in D-mall. it is very near from shopping mall and supermarket ,, restaurant and beach. hotel room condition was clean but they did not clean my room every day. they cleaned my room only 2nd day of my trip. i stayed there 4 nights 5days. they have schedule to clean room 11am to 3 pm and should remove " PLS. DO NOT DISTURB" paper. i done it every day but they did not clean up my room. other thing is ok. no insect in room but so many mosquito is in room. i killed 13 mosquitos. you need to buy insect killer spray. . but this hotel is located very very near from every place.

OBS!!! Kartans beskrivning, på hotels.com og på google map, om vart hotellet ligger är fel! Hittar ni Budget Market bredvid en liten sjö så ligger hotellet bakom Budget Market på en liten in gate og direkt till höger! Nu till själva hotellet. Verkar va en familjeverksamhet som e helt underbara, hjälper dig med allt og kan de ikke så vägleder dom dig. De har personal 24/7! Sovrummet har en stor, relativt hård, säng. Förvaringsskåp som man kan låsa in sina värdesaker. En stor spegel, som man måste sitta på sängen för att spegla sig. I hallen/köket en liten kyl, vattenkokare, bord med två stolar, en "soffa". Finns glas, muggar, tallrikar, bestick. Badrum med dusch, varm vatten (nästan svårt att få de kallt dock), handfat, spegel (som man kanske borde flytta på så man får lite större utrymme att använda). Två handdukar, dusch artiklar, tandborste med tandkräm. Fick dock ej något toapapper, kan man säkert få om man frågar. Hotellet ligger perfekt, precis bredvid folkmassa gatan (som man ikke hör från hotellet) med shopping og restauranger. Precis i mitten mellan väst og öst stränderna (tar 3-4minuter gångväg till bägge stränderna från hotellet). Nära till Budget Market og ATM. Hotellet har även en tak terass, utsikten ikke så mycket og ha men väldigt bekvämt og hänga där. Finns ej tvättmöjligheter men norr om sjön (2 minuter gångväg från hotellet) kan man lämna in sin tvätt. Kostnad går efter vikten. Jag hade 2,8kg fick betala 260php. Klart på 3-4 timmar.
