"Beautiful resort. Great views and great location facing the ocean. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The five pools made it so that chairs were easily available. We did get locked out of our room one day due to a lock malfunction but management took care of it quickly. Staff were friendly and quick service at the bar / pool areas. "

"the room was dated there were holes in the walls from air conditioning repairs some of the paneling was coming off the wall shower valve was hard to use it didn't always work parking not assigned so sometimes I had to park in front of the next building "

"The pools were nice and outdoor wait staff was fabulous. Food and drinks were great. The only downside was our room. The toilet was loose as well as the faucet on the sink. When you moved the faucet handle to change the temp of the water the whole thing would move. Also these was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door so we had to leave it slightly open. However I did tell the staff when we checked out and they took the room off the list of being able to be booked until repairs were...

"Room was clean and large. View was of parking lot. Restaurant on site not open for lunch. Dinner served outside only. Check in staff were kinda rude. Greeted us with “well I’ll have to see if your room is ready.” We were told housekeeping would not clean room or come in. If we wanted towels we could call them. Then they came in every day. Pool was beautiful but has a mildew issue on north side. They advertise internet, free parking, complimentary breakfast and then charge a resort fee to cover...

"We were concerned about being able to check In late. Our plane was late and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It turned out good but we were very worried driving out late not knowing. It is very beautiful, staff kind and I do recommend staying there "

"Nice hotel. Great pool areas, good restaurant on property. Our balcony overlooked the bay-amazing view. Nice restaurant right across street also. We found a beach/park called sunset park about 1 mile from hotel. Not crowded and nice snorkeling. We will stay here again. Staff was amazing. "

The only thing I disliked was for the amount of money spent on the room (which was over $310, and I stayed 5 days) they did not provide breakfast. All meals need to be purchased and they are not cheap by any means. Now I will say that the food was amazing though."
