"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "
