"I was in a standard room. Felt safe, slept well. Modern bathroom, very good shower. Surprised no mini fridge - staff confirmed standard rooms do not have fridges. Air Con wasn’t working. Breakfast was plentiful, good selection of hot and cold, though quality is standard, not luxurious . Staff at reception and in breakfast room were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. "

"The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. "

"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel.
