"Peter was a wondeful host, even getting me a fresh towel late at night when I was coming home late from a festival. The room was a shared dormitory with bedding done daily and the toilet facilities were kept clean. The rooms are above a small pub which gets a little lively on the weekend but you get a 10% discount on the already cheap drinks. Would stay again happily."

"The Liverpool Pod is a highly recommended hostal, very close to Goodison Park (15 matches left!), with a walkable distance to the city Center (the buses for going there are available and easy to use anyway), good amenities, well maintained bathrooms and beds and lovely, hard-working staff; wether it's for a long stay or a shorter one (such as mine), I'll take it again for visiting such an amazing city! "

"It's a Hostel, so as you'd expect basic "cheap as chips" accommodation. It is clean, convenient & no riff-raff. More than adequate for our purposes. Be advised though that if you are returning after a day/night out, the hill up to the hostel is a killer! Would recommend & will return."

"Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do."
