"Clean comfortable room. We have stayed here 3 times rooms are all alike and all have been clean. Breakfast is available cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit etc. Again we have always found breakfast adequate. Parking at the hotel is £5 for the night and again we have always been able to get parked. There is a nice bar in the hotel, staff this time were exceptional"

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

"I paid £40 for a double room for the night which I thought was a great deal. The room was clean and check in and out was easy and quick. I didn’t have breakfast and there was lots of on-site parking. The place is a bit dated but for the price I paid, I was very happy."

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me.
