"Excellent location facing the lake. Love the old charming characters of the entire building from the lobby to the room and hallways. Biggest and heaviest keychain as well as an old style safe key are rare seen nowadays. One night unplanned stay from a pit stop became our favorite. Highly recommended!"

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. "The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. "

"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

Well appointed, spacious room with a super comfy bed and pillows, kettle, large bathroom and picturesque views from the window. "It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls)."
