She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake in the sunset. The sun went down and we ended up in ordinary rooms at a doll hotel with veer bad breakfast. "The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."
