"Everything was great except booking through a third party. There was not any advantage booking through Expedia and it resulted in no credit for nights stayed. It also added complexity to the check-in process. I Will stay here again but book directly with the hotel next time. "

"Hotel is overall In Good condition, however our room was located right outside the service elevator and was quite noisy. Also temperature regulation in the room was difficult. Minor issues that wouldn’t effect choosing to stay again "

"2 things.... 1) beds and bedding are not accommodating for tall people. My man was extremely uncomfortable, didnt fit on the bed, and the blankets didnt cover him. 2) they charged me more than what was promised paying on Expedia. That was unfair just based on principle. Its also not indicated on Expedia that a debit mastercard cant be used and my damage deposit because of this was 400.00 seems pretty excessive, but if someone went there,they may not have 400.00 on hand and that is really unfair...

"The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is currently under renovations, which wasn’t clearly communicated. "We booked the suite for a weekend. The room was clean but dated. The TVs in the room were smaller and far older then the TV in our other double queen room. There were no kids channel options for cable and no compatibility to stream from our cell phone. The pool was great for the kids but could use some maintenance. "Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "

"The location and surrounding amenities are perfect. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. It’s just over 8 kms to Roger’s as well. The rooms require a major update and overall are in poor condition. They were however relatively clean and acceptable as far as that is concerned. Due to this I feel it is overpriced. "
