"What an understated gem this hotel is! The suites are spotless and so well appointed and spacious. Most notably, the staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a terrible headache the day I was checking-out so I called the front desk to request for a late check-out. Sadly, they were fully booked that day and could not accommodate my request. However, in minutes the reception rang back to say that he checked with housekeeping and they arranged to get to my room slightly later so I could have an extra half hour. It may not sound like much, but I was so grateful because this was all arranged by the kindness and consideration of the staff. Thank you so very much. Yes, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location is co convenient especially if you need to be close to U of A. Plus, they are pet-friendly!! Don’t think twice. It would be tough to find another great place at great value! "
