"Check in was easy enough, and the girl at the front counter was friendly. When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed is that the bed seemed small for the king size bed that I booked. For a reference I’m just over 5 feet tall, and when I laid across the bed sideways, my head touched one end, and my feet dangled off the other. It seemed more like a queen size bed that a king size bed. I called the front desk and they insisted that it was a king size bed. The bed itself had urine stains on it, as well as some stuff on the side that looks like it could’ve been blood. There were also spots on the wall that looked like they could be blood in the bathroom. The tubs are old anddefinitely not deep enough to soak in. There was also what appeared to be mould growing on the caulking in the bathroom. The area itself is very good, lots of food choices around and easy to find off of one of the main roads in Edmonton. They are currently doing renovations, so hopefully the property improves. But I will not be staying here again, even though I’m the best western member, my staywas very disappointing."

"This property is showing it's age. I paid a decent amount of money for a jacuzzi suite and the conditions of the suite were below expected standards. heavy dust on the curtain valences, broken and mildewy tiles in the bathroom and around tub. kitchen counter is stained and chipped. Staff were exceptional and kind. just needs a face lift."
