"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very accommodating, hospitable, and gave such good recommendations that made my trip even better. I also appreciated the free water provided for the guests. There was a terrace where everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset and the amazing view of the sky. "Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."
