"This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . "We were really happy here. It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall. "Booked to stay here 2 nights following late arrival / early departure at Pisa airport. It really does only take 5 mins to walk over so very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, towels provided - we didnt need anything else. Good selection for breakfast and the owners were very welcoming despite late arrival and ensured we had access to the breakfast from 5am on departure "

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
