Hotel was pleasant, clean, well laid out and generally pretty. Easy access to a beach and lounging/diving platform. Restaurant leaves much to be desired. Menu and meal preparation were very uninspiring. Better choices elsewhere. Breakfast was ample but with very basic choices and some hit or miss items. Staff is very accommodating and looking to improve your stay. Room cleaning staff was on point - very prompt and thorough. Would return. Close to some good restaurants and shopping for basic goods.

I had higher expectations based on previous reviews; overall I believe it is a bit over rated. Value wise you get 3 star accomodation for a 4 star price.

Nice Hotel, good location , beautiful beach with Easy access. Clean and comfortable beds, Shower was not too good. But the room was big with stunning view!! Staff don’t speak English but they try the best

Location is perfect, it is front of beautiful Gundogan beach and next to Gundogan city center. Sea is excellent. Room was very clean and has wonderful view. Reception staff was presentable and helpful

This hotel is very cute and efficiently designed. Everything is close! Where you sleep, eat and swim. Staff is highly professional and food is fantastic. This is a gem in Bodrum and is the best of the best of any size hotel. Last sentence is substantiated with the fact that at any time you would run into a customer who stayed here before more than once.

Overall beautiful property with fantastic views in great location. Unfortunately when taking a closer look many appliances were broken (doors, air con) and the shower floods. Staff were generally friendly but reluctant to go out of their way to assist, possibly due to a lack of training in customer service. The pier is much too crowded, other hotels stack fewer lounge chairs. Thankfully the music was incredibly tasteful and kept at a lower volume.

Nice hotel with a great beach. The service of the waiting staff leaves much to be desired... slow is not the word. Communication in English was also a problem, competency is low. Lots of stairs, so those who are not so mobile or with young kids may need to consider this

Rude and bad service at the restaurant
It’s been one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed as there was no one single staff who speaks English. Reception people were lovely even though it was hard to communicate as they couldn’t speak English, however, the main problem was at the restaurant as we were served the chicken grilled, the took the wrong order and the second plate which was salmon was again served completely raw so we had to asked twice to the waiters to ask the Chef to cook properly the meal and instead of being considerate they were so rude by given us attitude and bad face as if it was our fault. The whole restaurant experience was terrible as we also had to be seated for more than 3 hours and the food was taking hours to arrive and when it arrived they were not cook, I’m very disappointed because if I would have even the raw chicken it could have been fatal for my health and I could have contradicted Salmonela. The restaurant was considerably expensive for the kind of service we received and I was never expecting to have such an unpleasant staying as i paid to have a better service and they didn’t make up for anything

Me and my friends always prefer to stay in Costa Farilya each year when we have a short trip to Gundogan. The location is perfect you can easily walk to the village centre. The rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel was awarded blue flag due to the cleanliness of the sea. The staffs and especially the housekeeping are really nice people. This hotel is a boutique hotel that provides you the exact level of service of a five star chain hotel. The hotel does not accept pets but you can bring your puppy to the pier.

Fancy and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price
The hotel is very new, even has a close parking lot. The beach is private and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is not full board but the food is very high class and not expensive.

A good beach side hotel.
Welcoming staff, and a pleasant room. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Wifi was a problem as the password changed, also out tv did not have bbc news channels available. These were small problems in the overall positive atmosphere in the hotel.

At first glance the breakfast included did not seem to include any hot items, however, we could request eggs prepared as we like at no charge.

A little bit of magic
Costa Farilya is a charming boutique hotel that looks out over a tranquil, beautiful bay near Bodrum. The hotel is a perfectly relaxing antidote to the normal stress of daily life. My favourite time of the day was breakfast - a combination of continental and Turkish cuisine, morning sunshine, the view of the bay and a Nina Simone soundtrack make for a fantastic way to start the day. The sea was beautifully clear, kids and I loved diving off the deck which extended out for the beach over the sea and swimming/snorkelling in the bay. The staff are all very friendly. If you want nightlife and high end restaurants go somewhere else otherwise look no further....

Burak was excellent
The service at reception was excellent and the food was of a good standard. One waiter in the bar area Burak was superb but the rest were moody. Would help if the staff could speak even a little English. I would stay there again

Every thing about our journey to the hotel worked like clockwork. Turkey is a place were service is delivered consistently well. The hotel was easy to find and well sign posted. The parking was excellent. We arrived late in April and there was no one on the desk but that was soon sorted. Standard of the room was high with a fabulous view. The breakfast area was nicely designed and there was both indoor (some windy days) and outdoors (lots of sun).

Beautiful resort guest house on beach
A very nice and serene place to stay. Although 50 mins distance from bodrum airport, but away from hustle and bustle of city life. It takes 5 lira and 25 mins to reach bodrum centre where all the activity is. However everything was avaliable in vicinity, including nice grilled food. There was a receptionist called Osan speaks clear english and so honest to client's needs. He will arrange anything for you if its possible. On the whole, I would highly recommend this resort hotel in summer vacation time.
