Very nice hotel. Just 20 minutes to the center of Bodrum. Did not like that you have limited choice of the buffet only. No other restaurant just the buffet.

Poor service, very few and not fresh food options at the buffet. Baking paper came out of our dessert. The photos used in the promotion of the hotel are completely misleading, very different from what it actually looks, all employees, including customer relations, are uninterested, the number of chairs, tables and sun loungers according to the number of guests is very small, it is very difficult to find a place, it rained once and the ceiling of the main entrance collapsed. Water flooded everywhere. The number of employees is not enough for the number of guests. No information is given when entering the hotel. Childless couples should definitely not be fooled by the photos. All these deficiencies are due to incompetent management. We were satisfied with the a la carte restaurant and massage services we paid extra.

Baia has an excellent sea, one of the best in the Aegean sea. Rooms are big and seaview ones are excellent. Food choices are plenty. They don't have a big aquapark only for kids under 10ish, nighttime entertainment is limited compared to some big resorts if these are what you are looking for)

Very friendly staff! Very helpful. Beautiful scenery. The only thing that was bothering us in the hotel was the cats while having dinner and i believe this could be normal in turkey and if its not, they should do something about it.

We were given a room, called a “model” room, still cement looking without tiles on rhe floor of neither the room nor the bathroom. The seperate bathroom and the toilette eventhough clean had pipes leaking making ponds infront of the room door. We asked for a change of room. They seemed reluctant because of the full hotel( true). Attemps to repair failed. Bathroom and the toilet did not have hooks to hang towels. In summary the room with an excellent view was unfinished. We stayed only 4 nights to rest not to fight. But that is unacceptable.

everything was good. However, i dont recommend it for families. They play " loud" music from 10 pm to 12:30 am. We werent able to sleep till 1 am l. Rooms need maintenance. The location of the hotel is perfect.

We did laundry for a few pieces and they charged us 66 €. When we went and confronted them as to why prices were so high, they pulled out sheets which showed they upped the pieces being washed. They will try to rip you off if you’re a tourist. The cleaning people cleaned our room once. And AC in the room was horrible. We also asked for a taxi at reception, instead reception dude called his friend with a Mercedes truck and cracked us for 350 Turkish Liras. They will try to hustle you. Be careful

We spent 5 days in Baia bodrum, with our 18 and 19 daughter and son, everything was excellent ;food was good , clean pool and per ,friendly staff and so helpful they made our stay extra comfortable and special , we are already planning our coming back next summer :-)

Price/service performance is really poor..hotel staff needs to be trained on basic stuff..our room was never cleaned properly. Funitures and most of the equipments are broken or very old.

Nice relaxing get away with great view
We had a lovely relaxing stay. The only issues we had were that we asked them twice to turn on the airconditioning but they did not. They said that they would need to turn it in for the whole hotel. We thought that was strange because it says it has air conditioning available.

Home sweet home stay
Very relaxing & entertaining.. Facilties could be upgraded. The "All-inclusive " trait & the open sea view room makes you feel at home but with a portrait sea view! I disliked the early finish entertainment show/dance (11:30pm to 12:00am). Disco/nightclub did not operate during my stay. Must thank "Tina Turner" for her professional leadership in entertainment dancing/singing/a lot more. Highly recommended hotel!
