"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time. "

"Walls of the room had what looked like soda sprayed all over them. Included breakfast was non existent. Staff was not friendly at all, only word they said was "ID". "

"There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out...."

"I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again."

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins...

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. "This hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, wineries, coffee spots, and restaurants. There’s also plenty of entertainment on-site if you prefer to stay in. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated."
