"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "Breakfast OK. Not big variety as expected. Hot food is made on demand plus a buffet with cereals, bread, etc. Mattress was worn out and the springs were sticking out, affecting my sleep. Also, too soft mattress. Nice size bathroom but dated. Cold room despite trying to regulate the radiator. Smelly room which has showed that there was no ventilation before my arrival. Thin wall. I could hear the other guest in the other room snoring and moving about. Definitely not 4 star accommodation. "

"It is beautifully located hotel on top of a hill, with truly stunning views over the sea (if you have sea view room). The surrounding gardens are lush and very well maintained, adding to the overall atmosphere of the property. The rooms are comfortable and in line with the hotel’s category. However, there were several issues during the stay that affected the experience. On one occasion, a member of staff entered my room without knocking while I was still asleep, which was quite uncomfortable,...

The bath towels were generously sized and fluffy. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. Guests could also order items from the kitchen. Overall, this hotel surpasses my expectations for a 3-star hotel."

"The location of this B&B was perfect … as well as exploring Marazion and Penzance I could easily get over to the Isles of Scilly which was the purpose of my visit! My room was comfortable and clean and the free parking was a real bonus! "

The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "
