"Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. Nothing was done prior to our checkout. They were t apologetic or attempted to quickly correct the concerns. The Fitness center evidently runs classes outside of guests. "Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful."

"Was un a great location but the pool in front of our room was closed but it was 90 degrees parking is bad. Room stank no bugs thank goodness breakfast was grab and go. They force you to get your parking pass with a time share and then check out is 10"
