"It was an ok hotel. The room was outdated but very clean. Our room was right by the pool, and it was very noisy every evening. The breakfast is the same hot food every day. But the staff was outstanding. Be aware that the pool images make it look larger than it is. A little disappointing. "

"The building was undergoing some renovations, but they were able to accommodate us with room service and a to-go breakfast even though the restaurant was closed due to renovations underway. Rooms and hallway were quiet, neat and clean, and the beds were comfortable!"

"We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift. The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule. Shout out as well to the ladies in the quick service location, I remembered a lady for a previous trip, with brown hair a little bit older she said she had been there for close to seven years. Everyone in the QSR restaurant worked incredibly hard. It was Spring Break and they were slammed. We extended a day, it’s really one of the best hotels in the world. The only spot that needs immediate improvement was Song and Hearth, the buffet was just average. They changed from Prime Rib, to oven roasted Turkey. For a family of four it was 185.00, The food was definitely not worth half of that price. Eat somewhere else, the buffet is also not that kid friendly, and the food was old, the pizzas looked like the had sat for a while, and the salad bar is an afterthought with just mixed greens and 3 dressings. The rest of the experience was incredible. Will return for a fourth time. Also, it seems their elevators are under constant repair, which creates many problems for guests. Upgrade or fix the elevators. "
