"The air barely worked in the hotel room. Never got below 73°, even had maintenance out and they "fixed" it....it changed nothing. The pool had lots of bugs and debris floating. Hotel room table had peeling finish someone had just tried to tape down. Not worth the money charged."

"The room’s decor is cute. The room was clean. The location is convenient. Parking is a hassle if you arrive close to dark. Our room was between the office and the pool on the first floor and the base of the music late was a bit bothersome, but if you sleep with a sound machine, you probably wouldn’t notice it."

"So proud of AVL for coming back strong after Helene. What a beautiful unique hotel, and everyone on staff was extremely kind and helpful.
