"The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

"Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. At night, we would turn the t.v on and were able to listen to Dolly read stories. It was pretty awesome.

"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Arras in Asheville. The staff was so helpful. We made last minute reservations at the hotel and when we needed to change rooms to accommodate our party, Angel did an excellent job of helping us out. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for sights and restaurants in downtown Asheville. "Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice.
