"Moe remembered me from a year ago! I rebooked this property because I had such a great experience when I stayed here for Mary Kay Career Conference. The rooms are very clean, and there are a variety of breakfast options. All of the staff is friendly, and professional."

"Coffee was weak (light brown water), when I pointed it out I was met with combative remarks. Only on the weekend was the coffee made correctly (darker brown). Half-n-half was non-existent during the week, only put out on the weekend. Workout room was clean but only one towel all week, again weekend was fully stocked. Pool was out of order. As a World of Hyatt member I know the potential of this brand, this property needs improvement. "

"No change in the breakfast every day, housekeeping was short staffed so we didn’t get our room cleaned and no new towels without going down or asking for them. We were not made aware of this at check in which was frustrating. "

"We didn’t stay. Not as pictured online. After we checked in, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, and went down the road and came in contact with a protest which not only congested traffic but made us feel unsafe. The hotel itself made us feel uncomfortable. Run down inside and out. We did not stay here. We wasted $100 on a room we never stayed in. "
