"The front staff were helpful and informative (Nathan, Sheldon, and sorry, I forget the other names) - great chatting with you all! Just had challenges figuring out hot and cold water temperature for the shower. It was too hot. Finally figured it out on last shower. We used the washer and dryer. It would have been better to have clear instructions posted on wall on how to use washing machine. Would’ve been good to try the breakfast but a discount or promotion would be good to offer especially for guests attending a concert - to help save money! Close to Robson street for shopping and the dining options are endless. Tip is to reserve in advance to highly rated restaurants as they book days in advance."
