So desk person took one up for us and two great Canadians helped us when I had to bring them down. Restraunt attached had the best pizza we have ever had. "This is a lovely hotel to stay and great location. The room was large with a king bed and sofa. Great shower, comfy bed and big screen TV. Housekeeper fellow who did our room was very friendly and accommodating, as were the desk clerks and concierge staff. We only had one breakfast in the restaurant but it was very good. We enjoyed our stay there."

The staff , and the concierge staff were an amazing help, navigating and making plans in a city we were unfamiliar with. Loved the patio, and the aromatherapy’s available. The rooms were comfortable and the beds as well. We went to the Nightingale for dinner it was lovely ."
