"Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. "We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...
