"This is a nice hotel. It is an easy location right off of the road. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a newer section, which was very clean and bright. We had a view of the river. The water pressure was great and the water was hot. An extra bonus was a heated floor in the bathroom and a heated towel rack. Much appreciated in the chilly Iceland weather. The room was spacious and the bets were comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."
