"Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented. Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Main disappointment was the staff. Reception staff were robotic and unengaging. Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence. Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention. Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again."

"Perfect in every way. Would highly recommend this property. Evening meal and breakfast were stunning, staff extremely helpful, room very clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion was that room layout meant the bed was at 90 degrees to the bed so impossible to watch comfortably. Not enough to make us not stay again though. "

"Second time staying, was less enjoyable than the first time. Could do with intergrating air conditioning units into the room for warmer days due to restless nights, also there was rubbish under the bed and dust around the room, there were other guests outside until around midnight smoking drugs on the garden which lingered into our room so had to shut the windows. Breakfast and the hot chocolate is the main reason for our return."
